Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of scheduled sessions.

Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of materials and strategies provided during counseling.

Payment for services is due as agreed upon during service engagement. Fees are subject to change with notice. Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of service purchase.
